Sales Executive (Tire and Lubricant)

Description

I. Duties/Responsibilities: • Sale and promote company services to new and existing customers to achieve set target • Implement sales plan to achieve the monthly target • Evaluate opportunity to maximize business outcome • Understand the products of the company and customer’s requirement • Observe competitor’s products and activities • Visit existing and new customers to increase new order and get feedback from them • Collect market and competitor information for new sales strategies development • Monitor and follow up customers to settle payment • Prepare daily and weekly sales report to the management • Assist in sales plan preparation, sales and marketing strategy setting and implement • Prepare monthly report presentation to line Manager • Performs other related duties as assigned. II. Required Skills/Abilities/ Education: • Bachelor degree or related field • Minimum 3 experiences in similar positions in the same industry • Good command of English (speaking and writing), Chinese is a plus • Good knowledge of communication skill and customer focus • Strong time management and result oriented • Outgoing personality, confidence, hard working with positive attitude and ability to work under pressure. • Desire to go extra and beyond responsibilities • Be a Courteous, honest, and sociable person • Willing to learn and take up challenges • Can work under pressure, work as a team, and work outside.
