Sales Executive :
You will help AMS to diversify our income sources via advertising sell, affiliates, cooperation, etc… Your main task is to seek more clients/partners/sponsorship as much as possible, to draft contracts/agreements, and to liaise with our clients/partners/sponsors Under the supervision of the Sales Manager.
I. Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Identifier potentiel sponsorship: searching for sponsorship
2. Identify affiliate partners: search for close affinity affiliates to cooperate
3. Identify potential partners for barter deal cooperation
4. Arrange terms of the deal for all cooperation with partners
5. Present and explain AMS’ products/services to partners
6. Work with the Marketing team to post partners’ advertising banners on websites
7. Work with the Marketing team to summarize and consolidate marketing reports and send them to concerned partners
8. Coordinate all activities between AMS and concerned partners
9. Arrange contracts between AMS and partners
10. File management
11. Other tasks assigned by management
II. Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree in related professions is a plus
2. Over 1 year of experience with coordination between partners
3. Having more networks with other agencies is a plus
4. Able to consolidate and analyze data in MS Excel is a plus
5. Having experience of sell in a digital agency is a plus
6. Good English language for communication
7. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, friendly and flexible
8. Learn new things faster
9. Be patient and good at self-motivation
10. Time management
