Job Description – Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales) The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for visiting businesses, meeting potential clients, and generating new sales opportunities for Khmer24 advertising services. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and the ability to close deals directly with customers. Key Responsibilities Visit potential customers and businesses to introduce Khmer24 services. Develop new business opportunities in assigned territories. Conduct face-to-face presentations and sales meetings. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Negotiate pricing and close sales deals. Collect market information and competitor insights. Coordinate with the Indoor Sales and After-Sales teams for customer follow-up. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Submit visit reports and sales activity updates regularly. Represent Khmer24 professionally in the market. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel and work in the field. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset. Basic computer and smartphone usage skills. Motorcycle and driving license preferred. Good communication in Khmer; English is a plus.
