Job Title: Chinese-Speaking Sales Manager Location: Oakwood Premier Phnom Penh Department: Sales and Marketing Reports To: Head of Sales and Marketing Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Chinese-Speaking Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing our Chinese accounts and engaging with Chinese-speaking clients to drive sales growth and foster strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in both Mandarin and English, along with a deep understanding of the Chinese market. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Chinese market to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the Chinese-speaking regions. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients in Mandarin, articulating the value of our products/services. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the Chinese market. Cultural Insights: Leverage cultural understanding of Chinese business practices to enhance sales strategies and client interactions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment in hospitality, with a focus on Chinese accounts or markets. Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional Chinese dialects are a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of Chinese culture and business etiquette. Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
