Job Description:
- Develop comprehensive event project plans, including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgeting
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for all events
- Identify potential clients and present our event services
- Negotiate contracts and seal agreements with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for future business opportunities
- Collaborate with the event planning and marketing team to promote our services effectively
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare detailed reports on sales results and productivity
- Ensure all events meet quality and safety standards
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
- Participate in events, fairs, and exhibitions to network and promote our services.
Job Requirments:
- Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Proven experience as an Event Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the event planning and sales industry
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
