Job Description - Understand customer requirements and offer solutions and support - Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedule with customers - Workout on sales project and customer requirements - Verify on sales quotation and proposals - Provide training to new sales and team sales person - Supervise sales representatives and assistants - Respond to potential customer concerns, follow-up, and record all sales’ lead - Work with sales team for closing sales deal - Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance with sales team Job Requirement - Bachelor in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent - 2+ years previous technology experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field - Demonstrated and proven sales results - Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information - Good understanding of company services and its position in the market - Focused on customer service after-sell skills - Good in Microsoft Office, Excel, and E-mail Outlook - Good verbal and written communication skills both Khmer and English - Good negotiation and problem-solving skills - Self-Motivation and Teamwork - Willing to improve and development attitude
