Job Description Daily 1) Issue sale invoices to customers and arrange to send them by hard copy or/and send by mail 2) Keep inform to related teams for customers' deposit 3) Laise with customers to confirm deposited, schedule payments, and late payment as well 4) Monitor customers payments and follow up their payments 5) Send statement to customers, if they required 6) Record monthly sales invoices for staff's commission 7) Keep tracks customers contract and check warranty services, if required from team 8) Posting sales invoices into the system 9) Check daily stocks issues and convert cost by item 10) Check daily payments Monthly 1) Monthly bank reconciliation 2) Manage monthly staff payroll. 3) Manage the system NSSF and payment. 4) Tax declaration 5) Report blacklist customers 6) Other tasks assigned by general manager Job Requirements •Master’s or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance and Banking or related fields •At least 3 years' experience in accounting, Finance, Banking or related fields •Have a good communication, interpersonal skill, influencing skills, hardworking, and honesty •Good knowledge in English both written and verbal communication. Chinese is plus. •Good knowledge of computer applications MS office, Internet, Email & Outlook and QuickBooks •Be able to work under pressure, tight timeline, strong Interpersonal skill
