Senior Creative Designer

Position : Senior Creative Designer Salary range : $500 - $700 Office : Creative Office Department : Production Report to : Production Manager Supervise On : Creative Designer/Graphic Designer Working Hour : 08:00 AM -12:00 PM and 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM (Mon – Fri)
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Creative Designer & Execution : o Lead the design team and development of high-quality creative assets from concept through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. o Translate project briefs and marketing goals into innovative and effective visual designs. o Work hands-on to produce a wide range of creative materials, including digital ads, website elements, print collateral, social media content, and more. o Maintain consistency in design standards and brand voice across all deliverables. 2. Collaboration & Communication: o Collaborate closely with the Production Manager to understand project timelines, scope, and resource allocation. o Work effectively with marketing, content, and other internal teams to ensure designs meet strategic requirements. o Present design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback thoughtfully. 3. Quality Control & Best Practices: o Ensure all creative deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. o Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output and efficiency. o Manage and organize creative assets efficiently, maintaining proper version control. 4. Mentorship & Guidance (Informal): o Provide informal guidance and support to junior designers or team members on best practices and design execution when needed. 5. Other tasks assigned by management.
Requirement 1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of progressive experience in creative design, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role. 3. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills across various mediums (digital, print, web, motion, etc.). 4. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Sketch). 5. Experience with UI/UX principles and design thinking methodologies. 6. Solid understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles. 7. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 8. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a creative team. 9. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 10. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
