Positions: Senior IT
Education background: Information Technologie University.
Salary: ($550-$650)
Responsibilities:
•Lead the development, testing, and implementation of new software applications and system
•Provide IT technical support across the organization, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable IT solutions
•Install and manage the company IT equipment and peripheral
•Support users in software training, resolving hardware, software, email, VPN, and connectivity issues
•Assist in maintaining IT documentation, such as user guides and troubleshooting steps
•Provide 2nd or 3rd level support for the company’s ERP system
•Assist in data entry, report generation, and user training for ERP functionalities
•Collaborate with ERP provider to test and implement new ERP features or updates
•Document common issues and solutions for ERP users.
[Working Day/Hour]
• Working Day : Monday to Saturday
• Working Hour : 8:00am to 5:00pm (8hours/day, 1hour lunch break)
[Allowances & Benefits]
• Annual Leave 18days
• NSSF
• Seniority
• Bonus 1 times per month after finish 3 months probation
• Salary increases once a year
