Requirements -​ Graduated bachelor's degree of computer science - At least 3 years experiences in IT field, computer repairing, networking and computer maintenance. - Experience in slot operation and IT field in casino is encouraged. - Experience with electronic repairing TV, cassette player and monitor are encouraged. - Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. - English knowledge is desire from intermediate to advanced level. - Works under the close direction of supervisor personnel in the functional area. - High responsibilities. - Good personality. - Willing to work in rural. Responsibilities - Reports to: IT Executive or managements - Position Summary: This responsible for supervising the slot and IT technicians. - Must be able to identify and trouble shoot problems with the End’s and their components, repair, test, move, convert and installing games as required, assist with accounting variance checks and other related duties as required. This position requires basic understanding of electronic theory. - Daily and Monthly clean electronic slot and roulette machines. - Fixing and maintaining the issues of electronic game machines. - Spare part stock record and request for order. - Responsible all IT process, maintaining, support and fix including software, hardware within computer, printer and other electronic device. - Network troubleshooting, installing and managing server and clients and other connected devices. - To support and make sure all related IT device, work smoothly and properly. * Technicians must have excellent guest services skills. This individual also observes slot machine play for illegal tampering/abuse. The IT Senior Technician will perform all duties within the guidelines of all Gaming policies and procedures, Internal Standard Operating Procedures and company objectives.
