***Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
-Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring they have all necessary documentation and understanding of company policies.
-Support the performance appraisal process by ensuring all employees undergo performance reviews and assessments as per company policy.
-Assist managers in identifying training and development needs based on performance outcomes.
-Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries and benefits.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding
-Assist in organizing internal and external training programs for employees.
Support the identification of skill gaps and assist in the development of learning and development plans.
-Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
-Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Organize employee engagement events, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
***Required Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-Proven experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or technology companies is a plus
-Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
-Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
