Responsibilities:
• Lead the team to prepare monthly work activity plans.
• Manage subordinate staff to have good work discipline, work presence and work
performance.
• Assist in recruiting staff in their area by working closely with the recruitment staff at Phnom
Penh.
• Manage and monitor water and electricity usage by instructing the security staff.
• Work with the security guards in their area, study their needs, prepare monthly purchase requests for supplies.
• Lead and participate in nest counting and nest harvesting at Birds Houses in their area and
ensure that nest counting reports are accurate and reliable.
• Provide measures to security staff in areas assigned by the company.
• Make weekly and monthly activity reports to the technical manager and management.
• Collect information from the Bird House about the progress of the house and enter the data
into a weekly monitoring chart.
• Prepare monthly expense payment documents with the accounting department on time.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager and company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in General Management or relate field.
• Age between 18 to 30 years old.
• Proficient in using computers.
• Able to work in a team and lead others.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Additional knowledge in agriculture is an advantage.
