Description
Responsibilities: Greet and accompany the customers while visiting the showroom. Guide and sell the project and coordinate appointments (call in-out), build good relationships with new or existing customers, and follow up with the customers. Conducting property research. Go out to meet customers if needed. Distribute leaflets and do promotional events. Generate/consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to the team leader. Assist and deal with sales and non-sale problems with relevant parties. Perform other tasks as assigned by Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager, and head of commercial. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Good negotiation and persuasion skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and influence team members. Be friendly, flexible, hard-working, and able to work under pressure. Ability to use Microsoft Office programs including, Word and Excel, Outlook, PPT, etc. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude toward working with the team. Ability to handle customers efficiently. Ability to communicate well in written and verbal Khmer and English. Good morale and integrity
