The Role:
We are looking for a friendly, professional Service Team Member to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and attentive service to all guests
- Understand and explain the wine and cocktail menu confidently
- Take orders accurately and assist guests with recommendations
- Serve drinks and food efficiently with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Good English skills (to understand and communicate with customers effectively)
- Knowledge of wine and cocktails or a willingness to learn
- Experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred
- Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
