- Set up site camp for the project - Check and fil up leave application and send to telegram group - Check attendance to ensure that the attendance record is corrected - Control finger print at the site send to head office regularly - Check overtime and record at the site - Control staff movement and transfer with record - Monitoring the worker to ensure that they are following the rules & regulations, policies, SOP, etc. - Diesel control and measurement record at the site - Camp arrangement - Workplace, machinery, equipment arrangement and monitoring - Coordinate to work with security guard to make sure all properties are fully protected. - Provide support with warehouse in order to control construction materials with record on daily basis. - Others tasks assigned by senior HR officer Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree in administration or other related - 3 years of working experience with HR or Admin Dept - Capable to communicate in English - Computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, Internet & Email) Key Skills: - Accuracy - Time management - Organization and efficiency - Communication skills - Teamwork Contact Information: Email: rea*******@tcm-cambodia.comClick To Sent Email Tel: 077753xxxClick To Call, 069753xxxClick To Call, 066753xxxClick To Call
