About the Role:
This isn’t just a desk job—it’s your chance to make an impact in a company that values creativity and quality. We’re looking for an organized, passionate, and detail-driven Social Media Coordinator to bring energy and excitement to our online presence across all brands.
You’ll be working on fun and creative campaigns, bold ideas, and a bit of organized chaos (in the best way). This is a junior role, but we need someone who can think independently, show initiative, and take ownership of their work.
What You’ll Do:
* Create, curate, and schedule content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram) with creativity and flair. * Run and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to reach new audiences and boost engagement. * Collaborate directly with the owner and videographer to plan exciting projects, ensuring everything is prepped and ready for smooth execution. * Manage task lists for the team, keeping everyone on track and on time. * Monitor and engage with our online communities, responding to messages and comments to keep the conversation alive. * Track and analyze performance using insights and analytics, suggesting improvements to keep us ahead of the curve.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience: 1–2 years in social media management, including running Meta and Google Ads. * Tools: Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, scheduling tools, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram). * Bonus: Skills in Adobe Illustrator and Premiere Pro. * Creativity: A flair for creating engaging and visually appealing content. * Attention to Detail: You pride yourself on producing high-quality work. * Communication: Strong English skills (Khmer is a bonus). * Team Player: You’re a confident communicator who works well with others. * Passion: A genuine love for social media and the ability to stay on top of trends.
