Position Summary: Under the direction of the Engineering Supervisor or other appropriate supervisory/ managerial staff, Sr.Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and/or minor repairs to the service apartments and grounds and for doing related tasks as required. Job Description: 1. Maintain the physical condition of the building. Sees that the building has adequate heating, lighting, ventilation, etc. It is properly cleaned and in good working condition. 2. Perform general maintenance and repairs such as painting, and patching walls, plumbing facilities, electrical switches, and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operations. 3. Perform a preventive maintenance program. 4. Perform checks and inspections of all plant machinery and equipment. 5. Respond to and prioritize maintenance requisitions and guests’ requests to ensure guests receive quality service and furnishings.
