Position Objectives: We are looking for a dynamic candidate for the position of Assistant Managing Director & Sales Executive under the direction of Managing Director of RDAPT (Cambodia Tourism.net), to promote Tourism in Cambodia. Position: Assistant Managing Director & Sales Executive Job Description Assistant Managing Director • Provide a high level of assistant to managing director • Provide customer service at all times with counter, phone and electronic enquires on tourism information. • Assist in the day-to-day operations • Making appointment, organize meeting and facilitate • Ongoing contact with visitors, operators, local business, tourism bodies • Present visitor on Tourism Information in Cambodia and displays in an attractive and organized manner • Drafting art work design. Sales Executive • Develop and execute robust sales strategies to boost our tourism platform business. • Undertake diligent market research to stay updated with industry trends and generate prospective leads. • Participate actively in trade shows and industry events to promote the company’s platform. • Collaborate routinely with teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned with promotional activities. • Actively seek out new sales opportunities; Identify new potential customers, Set up ideal prospecting strategies. • Effectively maintaining and retaining existing customers by building long-term relationships. • Promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers Requirement: • Graduate from University of Tourism or relevant • Minimum 1 year Experience in job field • Excellence on Communication, Problem Solving and Negotiation Skill • Basic Graphic design skill • Computer literacy Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point • English Speaking Skill and Chinese is more desirable. • Willingly to learn • Be out going, hard working • Good manner and elegant
