Sala Tech Digital Solutions (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, a local Ed-Tech company is looking for a quality candidate for the position of Student Engagement Officer with the following responsibilities and requirement: Responsibilities - Handle calls, emails, and chats to identify and address students related to Sala Services and provide support - Consult with students about the majors, universities, and other educational opportunities - Publish articles and content created by the marketing team on Sala Platform and other relevant channels - Manage the end-to-end process for students using our services (Online enrollment and Student Loan), including: - Review student documents. - Coordinate with educational institutes / loan partners for student applications - Regularly follow up with students to ensure they complete and fully utilize the services. - Prepare reports and provide necessary information to the finance team for billing to partners. - Maintain and organize students' data securely in Company Drive, ensuring all information is complete, well-documented, and confidential. - Prepare monthly reports and work with the team to analyze data and customer behavior, aiming to increase more transactions on Sala platform. - Assist with offline projects such as booth standby, hosting events, and more Requirements - A university student or fresh graduate in Business Management, Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field. - Have good verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English - Ability to use and understand about website and mobile application - Be passionate in assisting students to solve problems - Be flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
