Position : Team Leader Cashier Working Hours: 8:00-17:00 or 13:00-22:00 Purpose job: Ensure that the daily operation of the store, maintain customers and handle daily operation issue. Salary: Base on Experience Team Leader Cashier Job Description : -Conduct day-to-day of operations -Have strategy and set goals for growth -Set policies and processes -Ensure employees work productively -Prepare regular reports for upper management -Welcome and greet customers, answer questions and provide excellent customer service to contribute to an overall memory making experience. -Provide consistent, friendly and helpful service to guests and coworkers. -Complete pre-opening preparations. -Answer guest questions and concerns in a friendly, positive and professional -Inform Director, Manager, (s) or Lead/Supervisor on duty of any significant -Other duties as assigned -Provide solutions to issues Requirement： -Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar executive role -Experience in planning and budgeting -Knowledge of business process and functions (Customer, Operations, Merchandise etc.) -Strong analytical ability and Excellent communication skills -Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Problem-solving aptitude -Proficiency in English and computer skills or Chinese is a plus. The ideal candidate has such as Customer Service Skill, and a passion for Game Entertainment Attendant.
