Job Title: Technical Support Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled After-Sale Technical Support professional to join our KIUQ team. This role involves providing technical support to customers after they purchase our products, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may encounter. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise in machinery, and excellent communication abilities in English. Responsibilities: -Provide technical support to customers via email or phone calls to resolve machinery-related issues. -Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with machinery and provide effective solutions. -Collaborate with the team to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. -Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues. -Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. -Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and reliable support. Working Hours: -Night shift: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM -Monday – Friday (Saturday half day) Requirements: -Educational background in Machinery, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. -Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written). -Experience working with machinery and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. -Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. -Ability to work independently and handle remote communication effectively. Preferred Skills: -Experience in after-sales support or technical customer service.
