Job Title: Warehouse Assistance Location: Phnom Penh Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor Job Type: Full-Time Time: 5 am to 3pm ( 1 day off/week) Job Summary: Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of fresh vegetables. The role involves a variety of tasks including receiving deliveries, organizing stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receiving and Inspecting Deliveries: o Unload deliveries of vegetables o Inspect the quality and condition of incoming produce. o Verify quantities and match deliveries with purchase orders. 2. Stock Management: o Organize and store vegetables in designated areas. o Rotate stock to ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory management. o Monitor and maintain optimal storage conditions to preserve freshness. 3. Order Fulfillment: o Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications. o Prepare pallets for dispatch, ensuring they are securely wrapped and labeled. o Coordinate with logistics for timely shipment of orders. 4. Inventory Control: o Conduct regular inventory counts and update records. o Report any discrepancies or issues with stock levels to the Warehouse Manager. o Assist in implementing inventory management systems and procedures. 5. Warehouse Maintenance: o Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. o Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. o Perform routine checks and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
