Work Location - Road 6, Preak Lieb
Warehouse Organization & Process
• Work closely and support Planning team, Construction team, Site Admin, Project Manager, and Procurement Team to avoid any negative variances or delay on projects
• Continuously improve warehouse organization, tools and documentation
• Coordinate warehouse team and monitor their performance and progress
• Ensure quality, security, cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment
• Report to the management on Warehouse activities on a weekly basis
• Alert management and other departments on any operational issues and propose solutions as much as possible
Warehouse Operations
• Plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organize special requirements for certain stock, such fragile products
• Oversee picking, packing and distribution activity for consumables, tools and equipment
• Check stock availability for project request, and confirm quantity to order if needed
• Ensure stock inward process with documentation.
• Monitor variance between actual and planned stock.
• Arrange periodical stock check with aging analysis.
• Monitor and update the stock through ERP system.
• Guarantee the good match between computed stock and physical ones.
• Interfere with other departments for broken and lost equipment to find the right solution for the company
• Keep stock control systems up to date and plan future capacity requirements
• Guarantee that the returned tools and equipment are in good shape and ready to be used
Qualifications and Requirements
• 3 years’ experience minimum in warehouse management (experienced with construction/ property developer company is a plus)
• University degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Computer knowledge of MS Office, Excel good skills mandatory
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with other departments, subcontractors, suppliers.
• Able to work under pressure, flexible and honestly
• Be rigorous and flexible, dynamic, confident and self-motivated
• Voluntary, proposal oriented and Analysis skills
• Skillful in stock control such as planning, organizing and record keeping
