We are hiring talented candidates to join us in the position of Warehouse Supervisor.($350-$400)
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and making reports of daily stock sold out.
- Manage a team of warehouse workers to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time with customers.
- Assigning tasks to employees based on their job responsibilities within the warehouse.
- Coordinating with other departments such as accounting to ensure that invoices are processed accurately.
- Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately.
- Support organizing and participate in stock takes at regular intervals.
- Ensure that health and safety meet the required standards and carry out risk assessments while maintaining high-security standards in the warehouse.
- Ensure that vehicles, machinery, and equipment are well maintained.
- Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency.
- Monitoring employee performance to ensure that targets are met, corrective action is taken when needed, and that employees receive praise when they do well.
#Requirements:
- Warehouse leader positions require to have at least 3 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in management.
- Commitment to work towards professional accreditation with an industry.
- Flexible and hard working.
- Good in the Computer Skills (Microsft office)
- Good Communication skills.
- can use the English language.
- Have good Leadership skills Strong Responsibility And Problem-Solving skills.
-Working from Monday to Saturday And Start at time 07:30 AM to 11:30 AM, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
