JOB TITLE: Warranty staff LEVEL: K2
NUMBER OF HIRING: 1 JOB CATEGORY: Full-Time
SALARY RANGE: Negotiable JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare a detailed action plan, budget plan and prepare implement activities for achieving the action plan
- Check and provide feedback faulty reports sending from dealers based on 5W2H
- Collect the affected part from the dealer
- Testing affected parts to confirm all the cases by cooperate with the concern section
- Monthly sort out affected parts to scrap
- OJT dealer staff for DMS system for warranty operation
- Summary warranty claim from all dealers for reimbursement
- Prepare and issue warranty claim expense to the Account Dept
- Prepare warranty reports and conduct monthly meetings with superior
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Motorcycle or Automobile, Vocational Training, and or related fields
- Experience 1 year as a Technical, Technician in Motorcycle or Automobile and undergraduate
student is also welcomed.
- Knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- English (reading, writing, Listening & Speaking or at least technical word using)
- Calm and flexibility
- Good communication and teamwork
- Open-minded to learn new things and ability to work under pressure
