- Monitor workshop team to implement and secures proper service process follow SOP. - Coordinates service activities of the service team and technicians - Monitoring workshop efficiency of the service technician, manpower utilization and productivity - Corrective measures in response to quality checks/controls etc. - Customer satisfaction with regards to vehicle service maintenance and repair activities - Monitor technician repairing standard by follow workshop manual and repair instructions. - Monitor Technician report and get singed confirmation from workshop manager. - Monitor workshop tools, equipment and machineries have checked and maintained. - Monitor all work bays clean and technician organize tools in proper location and storage - Monitor clocking time on and off of service technician carry out work and recording - Verify the Customer Complaint -“Experience the Symptom!” - Perform vehicle test drive to ensure vehicle repairing complete properly and correctly before delivery - Check external, internal, under boned and under hook of the car before delivery
