-Draft construction drawing, shop drawing. -Quantity survey, request quotation from supplier, budget arrangement. -Coordinate working environment with other department and site. -Prepare sub-contract payment, Interim payment certification. -Maintain accurate records of all documentation including spreadsheets, drawings, and photographs. -Prepare monthly reports for cost analysis, including material quantities, labor hours, equipment inventories, and costs -Daily report, report any issues and update to Operation Manager. -Other tasks as assigned by superior/Operation Manager
