POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Events and Activations Lead to join Liberty Carz. This role will be responsible for strategizing and executing all event-related initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive user acquisition.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Plan and manage corporate events, sponsorships, activations, and roadshows
- Develop and execute CSR initiatives and MOU signing ceremonies
- Create and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Drive user acquisition through strategic on-site activation activities
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Measure and report on event ROI and KPIs
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, or related field
- 3 years of proven experience in events management and brand activation
- Strong project management and budgeting skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Experience in digital marketing and user acquisition
- Proven track record of successful event execution
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in event management tools and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Creative problem-solving mindset
