Job Summary The overall role of Executive, HoReCa is to implement sales activities plan to ensure that route-to-market within coverage areas for HoReCa is satisfactorily achieved. Key Responsibilities - Conduct daily call plan using DMS App (provided mobile device) to monitor both stocks of company’s products and competitors’ products, and monitor products’ shelf life - Manage merchandising planogram for high brand visibilities in order to increase customer purchases. - Generate order based on weekly stock rules to ensure sufficient stocks for sales and achieve sales target (KPI target) - Implement consumer promotion based on annual business and budget plan; post mortem report after ending trade promotion is required to evaluate purchasing performance of customers - Manage strong relation with outlet owner or Manager, HoReCa and Corporate outlets - Implement and develop Picture of Perfect Outlet to communicate brand visibility to consumers. - Observe activities of competitors within area of coverage. - Other tasks assigned by line manager
