Description Key Performance Indicators • To close the accounts on time by 12th of the following month • To declare monthly tax on time by GDT deadline • To coordinate with the external audit on time by ACAR deadline • To close Balance Sheet and Profit or Loss Statement with accuracy Errors is less than 3%, combined BS and PL • To control sale collection no error • To ensure the compliance to Finance and Accounting Policy Less than 10 non-compliance • To contribute to the improvement of Finance Policy and SOP at least 3 Policies/SOP per year • Taking full Responsibility for month-end closing. • Preparing monthly account reconciliations and taking actions accordingly. • Preparing monthly invoices. • Preparing all journal vouchers for month-end closing. • Preparing monthly financial statements for distribution to Department Heads and Executives. • Approving payment requests, travel expenses, employee advances and petty cash prior to payment. • Providing input to budget preparation and input, forecast reports and monthly reporting to corporate office. • To ensure that standard Finance policy and procedure are implemented. • To handling report profit & loss. • Performing related duties and special projects as assigned • Perform any other duties as assigned by Line Manager
