Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities: •Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization. •Track and report production costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. •Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for both internal management and external stakeholders. •Monitor and manage the use of fixed assets, ensuring accurate allocation and depreciation tracking. •Review monthly stock usage reports and provide actionable insights. •Evaluate sub-contractor contracts to ensure alignment with approved project budgets. •Collaborate in the development of project budgets and cash flow forecasts. •Prepare accurate revenue projections and cash flow forecasting to support strategic planning. •Monitor and analyze budget vs. actual costs for all ongoing projects. •Engage with clients to resolve claims, clarify discrepancies, and facilitate timely approvals—enhancing client relationships and supporting healthy cash flow. •Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. •Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses as required by management.
Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA pursuing or equivalent certification is a plus. •Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, cost control, or project accounting. •Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred. •Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. •Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. •Proven experience in budget management, financial reporting, and cost tracking in a project-driven environment.
