Department: Front Office/Reception Reports to: Front Office Manager/Front Office Supervisor Key Responsibilities: -Guest Service -Reservations and Booking Management -Administrative Duties -Check-In/Check-Out Procedures -Communication and Coordination -Problem Resolution -Cash Handling and Financial Transactions -Safety and Security -Guest Services and Amenities -Compliance Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality management is a plus. -Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. -Proficiency with computer systems and office software; experience with property management systems (PMS) is advantageous. Working Conditions: Shift work, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, may be required. Physical demands include standing, sitting, and using office equipment for extended periods.
