+ Main Duties: - Strategic Management - Human Resource and Administration Management - Financial Management and Planning - Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Management - Organizational and Business Development - Cabinet of BODs - Reporting and Miscellaneous + Requirements & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred, in Human Resource and Administration Management, Business Administration, Business Development or related field - Minimum 5-7 years in Business Development, Management, Generalist or Business Administration experience across the range of competencies - Demonstrated organizational leadership and decision-making capability at the management level in a collaborative manner - Ability to communicate with the team, management, and the CEO about the short- and long-term impact, specific and strategic, of the organization’s operation - Supervisory experience and the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and good computer skills.
