GPS Monitoring Officer

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in tracking and monitoring shipments. - Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely delivery. - Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments. - Support order processing and fulfillment activities. - Collaborate with procurement and warehousing teams. - Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement. - Assist in preparing reports and presentations. - Help resolve any issues related to logistics operations. - Participate in logistics planning and strategy meetings. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. - Assist in managing logistics software and tools. - Support the implementation of logistics projects. - Communicate with customers regarding delivery status. - Other tasks shall be assigned by line manager. II. REQUIREMENT - Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts. - Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. - Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. - Familiarity with logistics software is a plus. -Previous internship or work experience in logistics is a plus. -Ability to lift and move packages as needed.
