Real estate graphic design recruitment
1. Education requirements
College degree or above, graphic design, visual communication, advertising design and other related majors.
2. Experience requirements
More than 3 years of relevant work experience in real estate graphic design, independently responsible for the visual design of the entire real estate project, familiar with the design process from brand VI to marketing materials. (If you have no real estate experience, it is also OK, it is best to have worked in an advertising company, media, or commercial real estate)
3. Skill requirements
Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign or CorelDRAW.
Familiar with printing technology and CMYK color mode; those with short video design or dynamic design capabilities are preferred.
Mastering Sketch, Figma, or having C4D 3D rendering, video editing (Premiere, AE) capabilities will be added points.
