Job Title: Graphic Designer (Intern) Company Name: Worldbridge Group of Companies Reporting to: Business Development Director Department: ED's Office Station: Phnom Penh Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday and Saturday half day Job Summary: The Graphic Designer Intern will support the design team throughout the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics—including illustrations, logos, layouts, photos, and mock ups. This role will contribute to shaping the visual aspects of posters, websites, marketing materials, menus, mock ups, and more for Worldbridge. Job Scope: The Graphic Designer Intern shall provide his/her service for WBG. Key Accountabilities: - Assist in delivering high-quality graphic designs for internal and external communications, including menus, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), digital artwork, and campaign visuals. - Support the monitoring and development of POSM materials for new store openings, renovations, and in-store enhancements. - Collaborate with the team to support all product and service launches with creative assets. - Contribute to monthly reporting on design output and achievements. - Coordinate with the Assistant Marketing Manager to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials. - Provide support in photography and videography tasks for campaigns and content needs. Job Requirements: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. - Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design) or equivalent design software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Passion for design and branding. - Familiarity with social media content formats is a plus. - Prior internship or project-based experience in graphic design is preferred but not required.
