DESCRIPTION
Main Duties and Responsibilities a. Prepare all equipment in gym room and counter before operation hours b. Make sure that all guests have check-in before use the facilities and services c. Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines d. Watch clients do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness e. Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill f. Monitor clients’ progress and adapt programs as needed g. Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment and ensure that all the customer wear properly suits h. Give clients general information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues i. Give emergency first aid if needed j. Pefrom other tasks will be assigned by operation superiors Minimum Educational Level Required Bachelor's Degree Minimum Career Level Required Fresh Graduate / Entry level Languages Required English & Chinese (Preferred) Other Requirements • Have good communication with team work • Understanding clearly of company’s policy • High responsible for general work • Have the experience in fitness center • Know how to cooperate and work as a team • Must to have honestly with company
