Ocean Hotel is a well-established hotel committed to providing exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth overnight operations, handling guest check-ins/check-outs, verifying information, and performing night audit duties.
Job Responsibilities:
> Guest Services:
Check guests in/out during late-night and early-morning hours.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Ensure all guest information is accurate in the system.
Good communication skills in Chinese [+ English even better].
Flexibility to work in shifts (evening/night, weekends, and holidays).
> Night Audit Duties:
Verify room rates, charges, and payments.
Balance daily transactions and prepare audit reports.
Ensure all financial records are accurate before end-of-day closing.
> Administrative Tasks:
Update reservation systems and ensure no overbookings.
Prepare reports for management and hand over to the morning shift.
