Senior HR & Admin Executive / HR & Admin Supervisor
Responsibilities:
-Staff on-boarding, personnel file, leave & attendance management, employment contracts
-NSSF registration and contribution
-Payroll processing using Excel
-Using online systems: FCWMS, LACMS, SICMS, NSSF, MoL
-Visit the Ministry offices
-Maintain Labor Law compliance
-Administrative tasks
-Staff recruitment
-Assist with office and building needs
-Assist with staff planning
-Other related tasks assigned
Requirements:
-Graduated with relevant Bachelor Degree
-3+ years experience in HR, admin, compensation and benefits
-Good communication skills in Khmer & English
-Knowledgeable of Cambodian Labor Law
-Experienced with NSSF, MoLVT, online systems
-Experienced calculating and processing payroll
-Positive friendly attitude
-Good computer skills
-Good attention to details
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:30am-5:30pm
Salary range:
$700-$900
