Job Description: Assist in adhering to the rules and regulations of the visa application center and follow the instructions of management personnel. Arrive at the office at least 10 minutes early. Gain proficiency in understanding visa policy regulations and operational procedures. Use standardized service language, maintaining politeness and friendliness. Answer questions meticulously and concisely. Seek guidance from management promptly for difficult or sensitive questions. Check for any missing passports or application materials. Job Requirement: Current student or recent graduate working towards a degree. Bachelor's degree or above is a plus. Native in Khmer, fluent in English, and ability to speak Chinese is preferred. Proficient in using computers, mobile phones, printers, and Microsoft Office software. Excellent office skills. Strong self-discipline. Honest and trustworthy. Working Environment: Location: Flatiron, Khan Doun Penh Salary: $200 Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm, 5 days a week with two days off This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the travel and visa application industry.
