Job title: IT Manager Location: Poi Pet City Department: IT Job type: Full-time *Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of all IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, and telecommunication systems across multiple office locations. - Provide exceptional technical support to tenants and clients, ensuring they have reliable access to high-speed internet, secure networks, and any other technology services they require. - Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access to our networks. - Collaborate with external vendors to procure hardware, software, and other technology services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high quality. - Regularly monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to services. - Lead IT projects, such as setting up new office locations, upgrading systems, or implementing new technologies, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Manage and mentor a small team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Ensure all IT operations are compliant with industry regulations and company policies, especially regarding data protection and privacy. - Other Task assigned by manager. * Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the real estate or office rental industry. - Knowledge of industry standard computer hardware and software systems. - In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, architecture, connectivity and security. - Experience managing on premises server, storage area network (SAN), and network attached storage (NAS) devices. - Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work under pressure. A client-focused approach is essential. - Experience in leading IT projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience and maturity to work cultural diversities and ability to communicate ideam standards and policies with confidence.
