Accounting Executive JD:
- Post daily Journal entries and the company general ledger.
- Prepare vouchers, Invoice, cheque, account statement.
- Prepare and making payment to supplier, staff’s salary, clearance, advance, expense (Bank, Cash, TT, Cheque).
- Work closely with credit, billing and book AR/AP into Quick book and accounting system.
- Cash book and Petty Cash updating.
- Cash in hand and cash in bank management.
- Identifying the daily cash flows from varied transaction.
- Weekly reporting invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/ Invoice adjustment.
- Other tasks assigned by accounting and Finance manager.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Experiences in accounting for 1 year.
- Good understanding of computer skills (Ms. Word & Excel).
- Be able to perform multi-task and prioritize workload within time frame.
- Be able to communicate both writing and speaking in English language.
- Be honest, hardworking and flexible.
