Position: Assistant to Chairwoman
Job Description
-Participate in committee meetings and assist in drafting agendas and minutes.
- Support translate Chinese-Khmer-English
- On behalf of Chairwoman meeting, join event while absent of Chairwoman
-Collaborate with committee members to drive projects and initiatives forward.
-Conduct research on relevant topics, trends, and best practices to support decision-making.
-Prepare reports and presentations for the Chairwoman and other stakeholders.
-Serve as a liaison between the Chairwoman and other members of the organization.
-Draft communications, including emails, newsletters, and announcements.
-Assist in developing and implementing strategic goals and objectives for the organization or committee.
-Monitor progress and help to align activities with the overarching mission of the organization
