Job Responsibility: o Develop innovative and compelling content ideas of brand across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. o Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content, including articles, videos, graphics, and photography, that aligns with brand identity and messaging. o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns that support overall marketing objectives and drive audience engagement. o Conduct research on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy decisions. o Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, maintaining brand standards and guidelines. o Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders as needed. o Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and conversion, and use insights to optimize content strategy and effectiveness. o Stay updated with emerging content formats and platforms, exploring new opportunities to innovate and enhance our content marketing efforts. o Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team. o Other task assigned by the manager. Job Requirement: o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. o Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in the food and beverages industry. o Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a passion for storytelling and content creation. o Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. o Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva. o Solid understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing principles. o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams. o Creative portfolio or examples of previous work demonstrating content creation skills and achievements.
