* Responsibilities: • Support all potential walk-in driver partners by answering product and service questions. • Onboard/Register drivers to Nham24 platform with the accurate information key in and document required • Maintains driver partners records by updating information in all Company-required tools. • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the driver's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution. • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. • Know how to utilize oneself in high-end technology and working time. • Being the company brand ambassador and gatekeeper. * Requirements: • Having Customer service experience is an advantage. • Strong knowledge of high-end technology. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Be a flexible person. • Able to handle multi-tasking. • Be a great problem solver.
