Logistics: Coordinating delivery schedules, storage, and transportation of food and beverage items to the event location. 7. Budgeting and Financial Management: Creating budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability while maintaining quality. 8. Customer Service: Ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing recommendations, and accommodating special requests. 9. Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to food safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring proper sanitation practices. 10. Event Coordination: Collaborating with event planners or organizers to synchronize food and beverage services with the overall event schedule and theme. 11. Evaluation and Improvement: Gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve food and beverage offerings and services. 12.
