Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare payroll, time attendance, employee roaster, salary and benefits, overtime pay, allowance, staff disciplinary, and work conflict 2. Monitor daily administration operations, employees’ profile, office stationery, onboarding, and employee separation 3. Monitor employee relations and investigate employee issues, if any 4. Support on recruitment and training 5. Implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and daily operations Job Requirement: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance, Human Resources or other related fields - Good knowledge and experience in all aspects of HR - Good knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law - Knowledge of data analysis and reporting - Good organizational and leadership skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills
