Stock Controller

Job title: Stock Controller Location: Poi Pet City Department: Finance and Accounting Job type: Full-time * Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage stock levels of construction materials and supplies. - Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with system records. - Implement and maintain effective stock control procedures and systems. - Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss. - Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to management. - Address issues related to material shortages or overstocking. - Other tasks assigned by the manager. * Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of stock control experience, preferably in the real estate or office rental industry. - Experience with inventory management software and systems. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Benefits: - Meal 3 times provided. - Free accommodation. - Weekly dayoff. - Other benefits.
