KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • To manage a team of sales promoters. • To ensure smooth promotion implementation. • To monitor daily sales performances. • To responsible for stocks controlling. • Maintain outlet’s assets such computer, bed.…..etc. • Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues. • Performs product inventory in accordance with established policies and maintains related records. • Handles cash and receipts for the sale of merchandise by performing duties such as counting the float, balancing cash, providing change, sorting and securing cash. • Opens and closes the outlet by performing duties such as placing and removing signage, opening and cover all gondolas, unlocking and securing the outlet. • Organize and distribute staff schedules. • Preside over staff meetings. • Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets • Ensure pricing is correct. • Coach, counsel, train, and discipline Senior and Junior Promoter • Capable of explaining all the products information as well as communicating the use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way. • Understand the principles of marketing and sales including product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling • Maintain and develop prospect system. • Utilize computers to record sale quantity report such daily sales record, stock in & out, stock return from customer or stock return to warehouse. • Implement shop merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image and ergonomics for customers • Make sure all the required quantities of products are displayed in the store and eliminate the stock shortage. • Prepare all the transfer orders to replenish the store stock • Performs other related duties as required. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES • Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills. • Must have PC skills, including the ability to use database marketing and Microsoft Office Suite. • Must have customer service skills. • Be able to communicate in English or Chinese. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor degree or relevant field. EXPERIENCE • Two (2) years recent related experience, including one (1) year supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
