• To promote & educate customers the products • To ensure stock level up to date • To manage product merchandising display • To monitor counter & stock condition • Responsible for inventory control • To performance daily & weekly physical stock count • Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services • Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it • Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities. • Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements. • Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products. • Present to customer the latest updated offers issued and prepared by the sales manager in order to increase sales in counter. • Maintains the cleanliness of the store by ensuring that maintenance duties are completed and by performing duties such as cleaning windows, sweeping floors and dusting product shelves as required. • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills. • Prepare all the transfer orders to replenish stock • Other duties as assigned.
